This full-time position is responsible for assisting in the development and execution of postsecondary recruitment efforts through engaging with prospective students and our communities. The specialist will create and execute recruitment and outreach plans to attract and enroll students in GACTC’s postsecondary programs. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential for this role, as the specialist will be responsible for delivering informative presentations and workshops to highlight program offerings and assist prospective students in their decision-making process. This position requires frequent travel and varied work hours, including some evenings and weekends, to effectively reach and connect with potential students. A minimum of an Associate’s degree is required and experience in marketing, education, and/or higher education is preferred.
