We are proud to spotlight the seniors of our Culinary Arts program. This talented group of aspiring chefs and hospitality professionals have mastered everything from classic knife skills to complex international cuisine. Throughout their time in our professional-grade kitchen, these students have learned the discipline of the line, the science of cooking, and the importance of food safety.

Girls league, general interest Club, you also do banquet at ctc.
Future plans:
I hope to be a chef in the future and hope that I will have my own food truck.
What is your favorite memory from your time at GACTC?
My favorite memory is meeting my best friends and learning new things I never knew, I also really like pizza week and doing the around the world project.

I am in The Earth Keepers Club, we partake in field trips that help the environment, such as native tree planting, litter pickup, and even park restoration.
Future plans:
I am going to college but stay at my cook job at Hoss’ Steak and Seahouse.
What is your favorite memory from your time at GACTC?
I think my favorite and most memorable memories are being made right now. Knowing that me and all my friends passed our NOCTI’s in advanced there is now a pressure lifted off our shoulders that has been there all year. We are coming to the end of our last year and we are now realizing that. We now always try to have a good day everyday because we know our favorite part of school is ending.
Future plans:
To become a culinary chef at the navy or a vet assistant.
What is your favorite memory from your time at GACTC?
Meeting all my friends as well as cooking and feeding everyone!

What is your favorite memory from your time at GACTC?
When me and my friend were trying to take a picture of us and our dead fish and we almost kissed them. Also overall my chefs are the best and my friends, they make every day a good day.

What is your favorite memory from your time at GACTC?
The family I’ve created in this class. I was going through a lot and they saved me from the darkness. I will forever appreciate this class and cherish my time here.

Pursue my trade after graduation and continue my work at the Blairmont Club.
What is your favorite memory from your time at GACTC?
Progressing and completing my Around the World project in my senior year. It was an overall great way to explore other countries cultures and cuisine.

What is your favorite memory from your time at GACTC?
My favorite memory was my first day everyone was so nice and welcoming. Me, Izzy Trent, and Logan instantly clicked and we became best friends. They are some of the best people I’ve ever met and my teachers are the best teachers I’ve ever had they are the reason I went to school and same with my friends from ctc.
Future plans:
Have my own restaurant.
What is your favorite memory from your time at GACTC?
Every field trip i’ve been on at CTC, being able to spend time with the people I love is more than I could ask for.
