All regular monthly meetings of the Joint Operating Committee are normally held at 6:30 p.m. in Room C237 of the Greater Altoona Career and Technology Center. When there is a need for a subcommittee meeting, or when there is a change in a meeting time or date, it will be announced in the “Legal Notices” section of the Altoona Mirror at least 24 hours prior to the meeting date.
